Edge of the Empire
Before Tarc could ever consider himself a “smuggler” he was a simple line worker for a durasteel factory on Balmoora, a factory world under the boot of the Empire. He was designing armor plating used in AT-ST’s. During a particularly boring day Tarc and his best friend Val Narson stole the Dragon’s Dishonor a YV-560 freighter from a bounty hunter named Evana Mastruck who was delivering new workers to the Empire at the time. During their little joyride, they were stopped by an imperial frigate orbiting the planet and boarded, Tarc hid in the belly of the ship while his friend was dragged into the Imperial ship, and manage to go into hyperspace before the imperial frigate could do anything. Over the years, Tarc has been taking odd jobs here and there to make ends meet and keep his ship fueled. Tarc made friends with an odd police model droid name 501-Z or “Azriel” as he prefers to be called and together they’ve been taking less and less legal work as legitimate work doesn’t pay like it used to. Throughout his adventures Tarc has butt heads with another group of mercenaries by the name of the Crimson Aces and their Captain, Gikkin, who always seems to be just a few steps ahead.
